Youth Initiatives

Emerging Bright Stars Academy (EBSA)

Founded by EHCC in 2016, the Emerging Bright Stars Academy is an after-school and weekend program serving youth ages 5–18. EBSA offers academic enrichment, leadership development, and cultural exchange with a focus on Francophone heritage. In partnership with Harvard, the Academy nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of community, preparing students to thrive in a global society.

Through inclusive classrooms and culturally rooted learning, EBSA celebrates diversity and empowers youth to grow as confident, capable leaders of tomorrow.

YouLead Impactful Leadership Program

The YouLead Program is a youth leadership program that empowers young people to grow into confident leaders and changemakers. Through workshops, mentorship, and peer-led discussions, youth tackle real-world issues such as problem gambling prevention, financial literacy, communication skills, health and wellness, and more. Join the YouLead initiative to build life skills and use your voice to create positive change in your community, and become an Impactful Youth Leader!​​

Emerging Bright Stars Academy Afterschool Program

The EBSA Afterschool Program offers youth ages 5–13 a safe, supportive, and engaging space to learn and grow beyond the classroom. Through academic support, arts and culture activities, and hands-on learning, students build skills, confidence, and friendships. The program encourages exploration, celebrates Francophone heritage, and lays the foundation for future leadership and success.
